Join us in May for a restorative Yoga and Pilates Retreat designed to destress and reconnect. Find the power in moving slow and mindfully to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. We’ve carefully curated a finely balanced schedule of daily Pilates and Yoga, healthy and delicious food, local walks, wild swimming, outdoor dining, plenty of relaxation time and of course lots of fun! All from the comfort of a truly idyllic Yorkshire Dales Farmhouse beautifully renovated in 2021 into the perfect country escape. A small intimate group of only 10 people to keep it cosy. This is the ideal long weekend to disconnect from busy life (or city life) and reconnect with nature and our beautiful surroundings. We don’t believe in restriction, so yes there will be alcohol available, as well as meat from our local farmer! What better way to wind down after a busy day with a glass of wine or two by the fire pit underneath the stars! We do believe in balance and can’t wait to welcome you on this getaway dedicated all to you!

ACCOMODATION
This characterful stone-built house features open fireplaces, period windows and beams, and a large farmhouse kitchen. The views from the south-facing walled garden and gazebo are all stunning.

Our retreats are designed for couples or friends but if you would like to come alone please e-mail me to discuss options
£450 deposit required when booking. The rest will be taken 4 weeks before the event.
