Group classes
Calling all seasoned professionals, and Pilates novices. Group classes provide low impact workouts that condition the entire body.
Please note that all group classes listed below are currently suspended due to Covid-19 restrictions, however you can still book ‘one to one’ private classes.
Group classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic focusing on functional movements to create a strong, agile and pain free body.
Within these classes you will find the perfect balance of rehabilitation, toning, core strength and flexibility which week on week will start to grow and challenge your bodies at any level.
Expect a low impact workout that aims to condition the entire body.
