What do one day retreats consist of?

Imagine spending the entire day in the most stunning surroundings. Starting your day with some energising Pilates classes then slowing down with a beautiful walk, nourishing food, an inspirational talk and time to breathe and connect with a breathwork or a sound bath session to round off the day. That’s what a Pilates retreat is all about – an immersive experience that blends movement, rest and community.

How does it work?

  • Whole meals and snacks

  • An inspirational talk by a guest speaker 

  • Restorative practices like stretching, meditation, sound bath or breathwork
