Group Pilates Classes

Group classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic focusing on functional movements to create a strong, agile and pain free body. Within these classes you will find the perfect balance of rehabilitation, toning, core strength and flexibility which week on week will start to grow and challenge your bodies at any level. Expect a low impact workout that aims to condition the entire body.

Our private group sessions are perfect for businesses, away days and wellbeing weeks, or for hen dos, birthdays and retreats. Fun, confidence-building and tailored to every level.

Great for:

  • Socials: hen dos, birthdays, bridesmaid get-togethers

  • Teams & Clubs: runners, cyclists, sports squads

What to expect: 45–60 minutes, all levels welcome, curated playlists, and a feel-good flow. Mats can be provided on request.
