Private Pilates personal training at home is ideal if you would like a class completely tailored to your body be that rehabilitation or to increase fitness, stamina and tone.
Pilates’ focus on correct alignment targets weaker areas of the body more effectively, improves posture and builds muscle tone without losing flexibility.
