My Story

I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast, but a ski accident left me with persistent back and knee pain. After many hours with physios and specialists, nothing really helped, and sadly had to say goodbye to my desk job. This was until Pilates. Within weeks my symptoms eased; within months I felt stronger, steadier and more at home in my body than before, able to throw my hand at any sport!   

Today I teach what rebuilt me: flowing, dynamic classes that are intelligent and rehabilitative by design—never strain, always form. I’m based in North Yorkshire and I offer group mat, private 1:1 and corporate sessions. Pilates gives a beautiful balance of tone, core strength and flexibility, and I’d love to help you feel that too.
